In 2019, the group purchased about 400 detached housing units in the Decembrie 1 neighborhood, which is located about 20 minutes from the central city of Bucharest. In addition, the group purchased another lot for the construction of 300 housing units.
In 2020, the group began completing the finishing touches on the project and began marketing and selling the apartments to the private market.
