Batumi Tower

In 2017, the group purchased about 200 housing units for rent in the city of Batumi in Georgia.
The project combines residences and hotels with a 5-star rating that includes 32 floors of accommodation apartments of various sizes, commercial areas and a prestigious casino.
The project is located in the heart of the central boulevard near the beach strip and on the second line to the sea.
