europeisrael.com (the “Site”) is operated by H.S.M EUROPE-ISRAEL PROMOTION LTD, company no. 515018729, trading as Europe - Israel Group (the “Company”). Use of the Site is subject to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. The information on the Site

The information on the Site is general and for illustration only. It may contain errors or be out of date. Where the Site conflicts with the Company’s official documents or a signed agreement, those documents and that agreement prevail.

3. Visualisations, plans and photos

The visualisations, plans, photos and specifications on the Site are for illustration only and may change. Only a signed agreement is binding.

4. Forward-looking information

Timelines, construction stages, completion dates, scopes and capacity figures of projects, including the data centres, are the Company’s estimates as at the date they were published, and may not happen, or may happen differently.

5. No offer or advice

Nothing on the Site is an offer, recommendation or advice to buy, rent or invest, in Israel or abroad, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including texts, design, photos, visualisations and marks, belongs to the Company or to other right holders. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission. Trademarks of others shown on the Site belong to their owners.

7. Links and third-party content

The Site may include links to other sites and third-party content, such as videos. The Company is not responsible for their content.

8. Permitted use

The Site may be used for personal and lawful purposes only. Do not disrupt the Site, collect information from it by automated means, or try to break into its systems.

9. Liability and availability

To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for damage caused by reliance on the information on the Site, or by faults and interruptions in its operation.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Site are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.

Where the Hebrew and English versions conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
