1. General
europeisrael.com (the “Site”) is operated by H.S.M EUROPE-ISRAEL PROMOTION LTD, trading as Europe - Israel Group (the “Company”, “we” or “us”). This policy explains what information the Site collects, why, who it is shared with, and your rights.

3. What we collect
- Through the contact form: your full name, email address and mobile number, and, if you choose, your consent to receive updates and marketing information.
- Through the updates signup at the bottom of the Site: your email address.
- Technical information collected while you browse: IP address, browser and device type, and cookies as set out in section 7.
4. Why we use it
- To get back to you and answer your enquiry.
- To send you updates and marketing information about the Company and its projects, only if you have agreed to it.
- To run the Site, keep it secure and improve it.
5. Giving us information is your choice
You are not required by law to give us any details; doing so depends on your will and consent. Without your name, email and phone number we cannot get back to you through the Site, and you can also call us on 1-700-505-707. Without your email we cannot send you updates. Agreeing to marketing is not a condition for contacting us.
6. Who receives it
We do not sell your information or pass it to others for their own use. The details you give in the forms are stored in the Site’s system and sent by email to the people in the Company who handle enquiries. We use service providers to run the Site and receive enquiries, and they receive information only to provide their service:

Some of these providers operate outside Israel, so personal information, including the details you give in the forms, may be stored and processed abroad, in accordance with the law. We will also disclose information to authorities where the law requires us to.
7. Cookies
The Site uses a cookie that remembers your language choice (Hebrew or English). The service providers in section 6 may use their own cookies to provide their service. No advertising or analytics tools currently run on the Site; if we add any, we will update this policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. Marketing and updates
We send updates and marketing information only to people who have explicitly agreed to receive them, by ticking the box in the contact form or by signing up for updates. You can withdraw your consent at any time and free of charge, through the unsubscribe option in the messages themselves, by replying the way the message reached you, or by contacting us at office@europeisrael.co.il or 1-700-505-707.
9. Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may:
- Review the personal information we hold about you (section 13 of the Law).
- Ask us to correct or delete information that is not correct, complete, clear or up to date (section 14 of the Law).
- Ask us to stop sending you marketing and to remove your details from the mailing list.

10. How long we keep it
We keep the information for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was given, and as the law requires.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to secure the information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the Site. No system is completely immune, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest update. The Hebrew and English versions are updated together.
